Notice how mirrors are used in every room of this apartment. They really do help make spaces feel larger by filling them with more light and the illusion of addition space. Think about adding a few in your space!

You guys!! Have you been considering signing up for Blogshop?! If so, do it! And if you haven't been considering it, you're crazy add it to the top of your list.

I cannot believe the amount we were able to cover in two short days. Moodboards (real ones, with overlapping images and no more pesky white corners) are easy peasy now. I could make social media buttons in my sleep. And I cannot believe the way I used to impose text over images. Oh, the many painstaking hours I spent trying to master this technique in Pages. Yes, I said Pages. Hilarious, I know. But those days are long gone.

My new skills are going to help revolutionize this blog...something I'm very excited for and you should be too! All the fun ideas I've had over the past year are possible now. Just a quick sneak peak of some of the things we learned in class. But no worries, much more to come. Your eye balls will thank me, and Bri and Angela (seriously inspiring ladies to be around, by the way!!) for making it all possible.

Off to finish my Christmas shopping! Do you believe it's this week already?! Really snuck up on me this year.

Perfect Winter Bedroom.

Warm. Cozy. Subdued. All that a bedroom should be. The perfect cocoon for cozying up on cold wintery nights.

Also noteworthy: the flawless balance of feminine and masculine. Curvy lamp forms and classic flowers juxtapose the shots of black, buttery leather, and graphic plaid impeccably well. And those monogramed shams might just be my favorite item in the room.
